For pixel art class we were supposed to follow this competition relating to megaman, and use all the limitations that the nes had. [link]Which meant per sprite you could only have 3 colours and 1 alpha/see-through/background colour. Any extra would have to be overlayed in a second sprite with up to 3 colours. Also megaman only had 4 colour palettes (per level?) so if you used up 2, that only left 2 for the enemies, backgrounds and ui.These are my attempts at the character from ThatGameCompany’s Journey with those limitations at 8x, 4x, 2x and 1x scale.](http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m2u2wiYFV11rrkuigo1_500.png)

A comic strip honoring the union of ‘Journey’ and ‘Flower’. Written and Drawn by Kyle Cabral.

A drawing by my 9 year old brother. He played through Journey today for his first time, and a wonderful white-robed player patiently explored the world with him and showed him everything it had to offer.
Eavesdropping on him telling Mum how he made a new friend today was the cutest thing.

This post, along with several others, was brought to our attention by hirasawalyrics. I can’t find the ask button on your blog, so I’d like to thank you here! I truly appreciate being made aware of new Journey content.
